Overview

Our client is a growing luxury women's ready-to-wear designer based in London. Please note this a garment production role, and not a creative production role.

They're seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee production for their luxury RTW collection, working closely with the creative and design teams to ensure quality and timelines are met. Ideally someone who is used to luxury environments and thrives in smaller organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Oversight: Manage and coordinate the production process from design handoff to the final product, ensuring alignment with quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure cost-effective production.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures throughout the production cycle. Conduct regular inspections of production samples to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the production team, fostering a collaborative and proactive work environment. Ensure that team goals align with company objectives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee production budgets, monitor costs, and identify areas for cost reduction without sacrificing quality.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize production processes for efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with design and other teams to ensure seamless integration from concept to delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
