Senior Production Manager - Events & Venues

Senior Production Manager – Live Events & Venues

Location: West Midlands Salary: Circa £49,000 + great benefits

The Role

As a senior member of the technical production team, you will:

  • Lead all technical aspects of high-profile corporate events
  • Manage a team of Techicians, ensuring seamless delivery to create a cutting-edge experience
  • Act as a client-facing role, focusing on:
    • Maximising technical quality
    • Upselling technical solutions
    • Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers as needed
  • Plan and oversee Risk Assessments (RAMS) and Health & Safety compliance for events

About You

We’re looking for an experienced technical production professional with:

  • Proven expertise in large corporate venue settings
  • Experience across event types, including conferences, galas, awards, and dinners
  • Strong client relations skills, with the ability to:
    • Quote and specify technical equipment
    • Manage supplier relationships, including budget tracking
    • Deliver detailed technical planning for every event
  • Stong communication skills to liaise confidently with all levels of stakeholders
  • Health & Safety training/certification for events (essential)
  • Preference for candidates with AutoCAD skills and a commercial mindset to maximise revenue per event.
