A highly regarded independent insurance business is currently looking to add a Senior Professional Indemnity Broker to join their growing team.

This role will involve looking after the larger and more complex professional indemnity risks and will provide a platform for career advancement for those that want it.

In return you'll receive support in all areas of your life, whether it be professional development, career progression or support for your interests outside of work, this broker has found a unique balance which has helped them grow.

About the Role

  • To provide a high quality service in the administration and servicing of professional risk clients, focusing primarily on one key market.
  • Assisting with new business broking and re-broking exercises.
  • Maintaining existing business and providing technical advice.
  • Providing management and guidance to less senior members of the team.
  • Acting as a contact for the client to handle all queries / amendments.
  • Acting as a referral point for less experienced colleagues.

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • Must have previous professional indemnity experience gained from either a broker or Underwriter.
  • Be able to demonstrate good communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have excellent relationship building skills.

Salary/Benefits Information

  • Salary £50,000 - £90,000 p.a (dependant on experience).
  • Performance related bonus.
  • Excellent pension.
  • Health and wellbeing allowance.
