Brand Partnership Studio

Brand Partnership Studio is Amazon's in-house content and tech team supporting the ideation and execution of custom content, sponsorships, and technology on Twitch.

The mission of the Brand Partnership Studio is to bring Twitch streamers visibility and creativity across Twitch and Amazon through strategic brand partnerships. We enable brands to win in the creator economy by delivering what their target audiences and Twitch viewers want — programs that harness popular culture and community behaviors with compelling content and tech.

Reporting to the Head of EU5, BPS

The Senior Program Activation Manager will be a key player contributing to the Brand Partnership Studio mission within the London office. In this role, you'll oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, build deep expertise in the Twitch creator ecosystem, and serve as a key point of contact for clients, creators, and vendors across EU5 markets. You're a strategic problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to bring ideas to life across digital platforms, and can leverage data and operational insights to drive smarter decision-making and scalable growth.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution, project management, and quality control of custom solutions throughout post-sale lifecycle and ensure timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client expectations are met.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across Twitch Partnerships, Amazon Ads Sales (LCS), Creative Strategy, Production, and external brand partners to drive alignment and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets across multiple campaigns. Additionally, secure approvals, track action items, and coordinate closely with vendors, talent, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless live execution.
  • Represent the Brand Partnership Studio in client meetings, providing production recommendations and proactively identifying risks, challenges, and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams within the Brand Partnership Studio, including Creative Strategists, Producers, Influencer Relation Managers, and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Account Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Lead remote and on set livestream production, live event brand integrations, and branded video content production, to ensure quality control and exceed client expectations (travel up to 10%).
  • Identifies opportunities for efficiency, managing risk, and mitigation planning.
  • Monitor project profitability, resource allocation, financial reporting, and billing.
  • Contribute to business reviews (WBR, MBR, QBR) by translating project-level data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
