Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Transformation Delivery Manager to lead and oversee large-scale business and technology transformation programs. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery expertise to ensure that strategic initiatives are executed successfully, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership
- Drive end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with C-suite executives, business leaders, and technical teams to manage expectations and secure buy-in.

Delivery Governance
- Establish governance frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Change Management
- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models.

Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve delivery challenges.

Team Leadership
- Manage cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and ensure accountability for project outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management within IT services, consulting, or enterprise transformation.
- Proven track record delivering multi-million-pound transformation programs across business and technology domains.
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation, ERP/CRM implementations, cloud migration, and process optimization.
- Expertise in governance frameworks, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP methodologies.
