The Senior Program Manager Role

You’ll play a critical role in shaping Stord’s M&A integration strategy, ensuring acquisitions—from due diligence to post-close execution—unlock maximum value. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, transformative environments.

As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll:

Key ResponsibilitiesImpact
Lead end-to-end integration planning (diligence → handover) for high-value acquisitions.Deliver seamless transitions between acquisitions and Stord’s platform.
Partner with Corporate Development pre-close to assess risks, resources, and synergy capture.Shape deal design and ensure integration-readiness.
Steer cross-functional execution across Product, Finance, Sales, Technology, and Operations.Break down silos to speed up integration timelines.
Quantify and track synergies (financial, operational), aligning with executives and Finance.Drive measurable value realisation post-acquisition.
Build repeatable integration playbooks to scale M&A capabilities.Standardise Stord’s approach for long-term benchmarks.
Provide executive visibility on risks, progress, and trade-offs.Keep leadership informed with clear, actionable insights.

Who You Are

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, corporate development, consulting, or operations strategy, preferably in high-growth or tech-driven organizations.
  • A proven track record in leading M&A integrations or large-scale cross-functional programs involving business transformation.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and drive accountability.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret financial models, KPIs, and operational metrics, particularly around synergy tracking and performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, excelling at distilling complexity for executive audiences.
  • Attention to operational detail with a history of developing scalable frameworks, playbooks, and project structures.

Bonus Qualifications

  • UK residency (strongly preferred).
  • Direct experience in post-merger integration, corporate development, or supply chain/fulfillment tech (e.g., OMS, WMS, ERP).
  • Familiarity with integration systems (HRIS, Finance, logistics platforms).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and dashboarding tools (Domo, Looker, PowerBI).
  • Pre-close diligence and integration-readiness experience.
