Acting as the Client Representative and Program Management Lead, you will become the central coordination point across stakeholders including hyperscale clients, OEMs, contractors, technology partners and delivery teams.
This is not a traditional PMO role.
This is a role for someone who can step into ambiguity, create structure, influence senior stakeholders and ensure momentum is maintained across a programme operating against aggressive timelines and zero contingency.
Working closely with senior programme leadership, you will help establish governance, improve visibility, drive accountability and ensure all parties remain aligned towards a common delivery objective.
The Role
As the Client Representative, you will act as a trusted extension of the client's leadership team, providing programme support, delivery coordination and governance oversight across multiple organisations and workstream.
You will bring order to complexity by establishing clear reporting structures, maintaining programme controls and ensuring risks, dependencies and delivery constraints are actively managed and communicated.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
