Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability across technology, compliance, risk, and operational resilience — ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Reduce delivery variance by 20–30% through robust governance, proactive risk reporting, and structured release management.
- Implement integration controls, dependency mapping, and operational resilience frameworks to enhance production stability and system reliability.
- Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices across global delivery teams to accelerate time-to-market.
- Deliver enterprise integrations across workflow automation, compliance, document management, and finance systems, driving 15–25% improvement in operational efficiency.
- Lead technical debt remediation and platform consolidation strategies, aligned to business risk and investment priorities.
- Apply domain knowledge to shape future-ready broking platforms that support scalability, compliance, and innovation.
- Build and lead high-performing, global delivery teams of 40–60 FTEs across onshore/offshore models.
- Mentor solution architects, engineering leads, and delivery managers to scale talent and capability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior technology leaders, guiding strategic trade-offs across cost, risk, innovation, and timelines.
