Description

This position is available at any Amazon Corp Hub in EU.

Our operations network, known for our speed, accuracy, and exceptional service, delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day. To keep our operations network secure and assure operational continuity, we are looking for an experienced professional who wants to join our team as a Senior Program Manager.

In this role, you will provide investigations as a service across our Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) organization through the inception, design, manufacture, refinement and execution of complex investigative strategies and frameworks. These frameworks will be fundamental in supporting regional investigative teams and field personnel in the delivery of complex theft and fraud incidents, high severity policy violations, and security-related incidents.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Design, create and implement investigative strategies and frameworks pertaining to complex theft and fraud workstreams.
  • Implement, manage and own detailed investigation programs and comprehensive assessment reports to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Translate Amazon Security Policies into real world applications to defeat known and emerging/projected risks related to investigations.
  • Support the business with analytical deep dives to identify root causes of risk and major incidents.
  • Train, advise, and partner with other functions in identifying, managing and mitigating risks through robust standards and processes.
  • Assess known and new vulnerabilities and threats within Amazon business operations.
  • Work with stakeholders and internal customers to establish, provide, and agree on clear goals, objectives, and performance delivery outcomes.

A day in the life

As a Senior Program Manager, you will own and manage a suite of investigative programs derived from strategies and frameworks that you will create. On a daily basis, you will connect with senior stakeholders from within WWOS and across the wider business to implement, enact and manage those programs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
