Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Programmatic Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day execution and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns across DSP platforms. In this role, you will manage more complex accounts, drive performance improvements, and ensure high-quality delivery across all programmatic activity. You will work closely with Programmatic Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to translate media strategies into effective, data-driven programmatic solutions. Key Responsibilities Own the setup, trafficking, optimization, and quality assurance of programmatic campaigns across DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr). Manage pacing, budgets, and performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring consistent delivery and efficiency. Conduct in-depth performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities across audiences, inventory, creatives, and bidding strategies. Lead and execute A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance and learning. Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues including discrepancies, tagging challenges, and creative approvals. Collaborate closely with planning, performance, and data teams to integrate programmatic activity within broader media strategies. Support campaign reporting and contribute insights, recommendations, and optimization narratives for clients and internal stakeholders. Stay up to date with platform updates, programmatic trends, privacy changes, and emerging technologies. Support the training and upskilling of junior executives where required. Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising or digital media execution. Strong working knowledge of DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and/or Xandr. Solid understanding of ad serving, audience targeting, data strategies, and programmatic optimization techniques. Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and performance dashboards to interpret data. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with strong attention to detail. Confident communicator, able to explain performance insights in a clear and structured way. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously improve performance outcomes.
