Overview
How You’ll Make an Impact
We are looking for a Senior Programmatic Trader to join our Media Delivery Team, reporting to the Senior Director of Media Delivery. As a Senior Programmatic Trader at Epsilon, you will:
- Implement, optimize, and monitor performance of clients' campaigns across programmatic buying platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Media Development, Revenue, Account Managers, Technology, and other teams.
- Lead data-driven strategies from campaign inception to measurement, ensuring tailored solutions for partners.
- Foster innovation through product development that enhances client outcomes.
Location: Hybrid role (4 days per week at Television Centre, White City, London).
Responsibilities
What You’ll Achieve
- Develop and execute campaigns on DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and identify improvement areas.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, manage budgets, and control investment allocation.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to define strategy, planning, and audience segments.
- Conduct data analysis, extract trends, and generate insights for teams.
- Enhance processes within the media delivery ecosystem.
- Act as a liaison with technology and media providers.
- Prepare and present internal/external reports to clients.

Qualifications
Who You Are
You bring the following to the role:
- Proven experience as a Media Delivery Specialist or Ad Operations professional in digital marketing.
- Expertise in programmatic buying, paid media campaign implementation, and reporting.
- Deep knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem and digital advertising technologies.
- Ability to multitask, balance diverse projects, and manage high-stakes campaigns.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, with a strong focus on exceeding KPIs.
- Highly collaborative, with discipline and adaptability for fast-paced environments.
