An exciting, unique opportunity for a Senior Programmatic Trader with hands-on experience with DSPs to join this ambitious programmatic agency, boasting a fantastic culture, a growing client list, and great scope for career development.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to excel their career with this fast-growing agency, who is curious, data-literate, and excited to grow in a dynamic, programmatic environment.

The Role

We’re looking for a Programmatic Trader with around 3-4 years’ hands-on experience in the digital media space. You’ll be responsible for the setup, management, and optimisation of programmatic campaigns, working across a variety of clients and verticals.

You’ll be a data-led problem solver who enjoys digging into performance insights, testing creative and audience hypotheses, and delivering measurable impact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimise programmatic campaigns across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Spotify amongst others)
  • Manage campaign pacing, performance, budgets, and reporting
  • Analyse campaign data to inform strategy and real-time optimisations
  • Collaborate with internal teams on creative, strategy, and reporting
  • Work directly with client leads to ensure campaign goals are exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date with programmatic trends, tools, and best practices
  • Contribute to agency growth by identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
