Senior Programme Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join our Selborne account, leading the delivery of complex, high‑impact programmes that directly support specialist training for our defence client.

You will be responsible for ensuring programme outcomes are delivered to time, cost and quality, aligned to Capita’s strategic objectives and the wider needs of the Royal Navy.

This role operates within a fast‑paced, regulated environment, demanding exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement and governance discipline. While predominantly home‑based, it includes regular travel—typically once a week or once a fortnight—to Royal Navy sites in Portsmouth and Glasgow, which is an essential part of the role.

This is a Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week – Fixed Term until March 2027

Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
