About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing, well-funded software company delivering innovative technology solutions to enterprise organizations across the globe. With continued commercial success, recent major partnership announcements and several significant new customer wins, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth. Their Belfast office is a key part of the wider product and engineering organization, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-impact environment where you'll play a key role in shaping how the business scales. This is an opportunity to join a product-led organization where you'll have real influence over programme delivery, process improvement and customer success.
The Role
As Senior Programme Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple strategic programmes, helping to establish and mature programme management across the business as it continues to grow. Reporting into senior leadership, you'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial and Customer Success teams to ensure complex customer implementations and internal initiatives are delivered successfully. This is a newly created role, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, improving delivery processes and making a visible impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple enterprise customer programmes from initiation through to delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Commercial and Customer Success.
- Build and implement scalable programme management frameworks and governance.
- Establish best practice delivery processes as the organization continues to scale.
- Manage programme risks, dependencies, timelines and stakeholder communications.
- Act as the key link between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Support enterprise customer deployments and strategic business initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-level programmes within a software or SaaS business.
- Experience managing large-scale customer implementations or enterprise software deployments.
- Strong experience working across Product, Engineering, Commercial and Customer Success teams.
- Experience establishing or improving programme management frameworks, governance and delivery processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling business where processes are still evolving.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programmes.

Nice to Have
- Experience within the cybersecurity industry.
- Experience working with government or other highly regulated enterprise customers.
- Experience within a product-led SaaS environment.
