Gravitiq

Gravitiq is a fast-growing global consumer goods group, home to a portfolio of beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. Grace & Stella, one of our key brands, is undertaking the largest operational transformation programme in its history - spanning reformulation, repackaging, and a phased retail rollout.

Senior Programme Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager 1 - 2 days per week, for a 6 month contract to take ownership of this transformation: building the integrated plan, holding the critical path, and driving cross-functional delivery against milestones. This is a delivery-focused mandate - you are accountable for the programme landing on time, in scope, and with the right cross-functional alignment, not for setting the company’s broader operating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with points of contact from Brand/Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, Product Development, Regulatory, and Commercial, you will own end-to-end delivery of the Grace & Stella transformation programme. Focus areas include:
    • Reformulation programme – product development and improvement workstreams
    • A repackaging programme – managing primary componentry changeover and packaging redesign refresh.
    • Retail phase-in / phase-out – sequencing the transition of SKUs and packaging formats across retail and other channels.
    • Integrated programme planning & critical path management – building and maintaining a single source of truth across all workstreams.
    • Cross-functional coordination – aligning with point of contacts from Brand, Supply Chain, Product Development, Regulatory, and Commercial around shared timelines and dependencies.
    • Defining milestones and driving delivery against them – tracking progress, surfacing risks early, and escalating decisions where needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
