Your new company
An exciting opportunity leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation as a Senior Programme Manager. You will play a key role in delivering large-scale business change and capital investment programmes that support the company's long-term growth strategy. Working in a highly regulated environment, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across operations, engineering, commercial, quality and supply chain functions.
Your new role
As Senior Programme Manager, you will take ownership of significant business transformation and CapEx programmes, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, budgets and timelines. You will lead large cross-functional teams, establish effective programme governance, manage programme risks and oversee budgets of up to £150m.
You will work closely with site leadership teams, customers and suppliers to ensure successful programme execution while also supporting strategic business initiatives and new business opportunities. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence and challenge at senior leadership level.

What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in a technical, engineering, scientific or business-related discipline.
- Significant programme management experience delivering complex CapEx projects and business transformation initiatives.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, medical device or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-pound CapEx and OpEx budgets.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging executive leadership teams.
- Project or programme management qualifications, or substantial equivalent experience.
- Experience leading large matrix and cross-functional teams.
