About the Role
In our continuous journey of growth and evolution at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to play a pivotal role supporting a significant strategic investment programme across our fleet.
As a senior programme leader, you will operate across a complex, multi-year transformation environment, guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver meaningful, business-critical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Providing programme management expertise to a large-scale, complex investment programme spanning multiple workstreams of activity across the business
- Developing and managing programme activity plans, milestones, and critical dependencies, ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Establishing and managing programme governance, including programme boards, steering committees, and decision-making frameworks, with strong risk and issue management
- Interpreting complex internal and external requirements and advising relevant stakeholders on appropriate governance, controls, and considerations to enable informed decision-making
- Acting as a critical point of coordination and alignment across the programme, ensuring momentum is maintained and risks are surfaced early for resolution

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale, complex transformation programmes in multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong programme governance expertise, including risk management, planning, and steering committee leadership
- Advanced capability in managing dependencies, timelines, and ambiguity across cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to operate effectively at strategic and delivery levels, leading through influence and driving execution in the absence of direct reports

- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear direction and priorities
- Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams
