Senior Project Administrator
We are recruiting an experienced Senior Project Administrator to join the Pension Administration business area. Our project teams provide support to our Pension Administration clients by carrying out one-off, non-repeatable projects and processes, such as GMP projects, bespoke administration data and project work, guiding Schemes through a PPF Assessment Period, data preparation for a buy-in and new scheme implementations. The primary focus for our Senior Project Administrator is to support their Team Leader and to ensure that all project work is carried out efficiently, accurately and within budget. This is a permanent role and can be based at either of our Liverpool or Leeds offices, working on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a coordinator for large or complex Data Initiatives (including those detailed on the project plan to allow for the completion of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) Assessment Period
- Checking work of others to ensure accuracy and compliance with Scheme rules, procedures, and legislation
- Checking calculations and output of complex data rectification exercises
- Building calculation matrices for testing complex system calculations against expected output
- Produces project status reports for trustees
- Liaises with Client Relationship Managers to ensure projects are progressed in accordance with the project plan
- Providing constructive feedback for others in order to improve their understanding and knowledge and support the development of the individual
- Ensures that project work is delivered within budget

Requirements
We would love to hear from if you have:
- In depth knowledge of both DB and DC occupational pension schemes
- GCSE/A levels are required. A relevant degree, QPA or progress with PMI examinations is desirable together with experience appropriate for the role in pension administration.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook.
