Salary: GBP43,470.00
A well-established architectural practice is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join its growing team in Colchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Architect with a strong technical background and proven project leadership experience to work on a diverse range of innovative schemes. The successful candidate will lead projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality architectural solutions while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued success of the practice.

The Role
The Role Of Senior Project Architect Will Involve
- Leading projects through all RIBA work stages
- Producing technical drawings and construction information using Revit and AutoCAD
- Preparing planning, Building Regulations, and construction packages
- Coordinating clients, consultants, and contractors
- Managing project programmes, budgets, and resources
- Attending site visits and monitoring project progress
- Ensuring designs meet UK Building Regulations and industry standards
- Producing presentation material using SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Maintaining high technical and design standards throughout project delivery

The Successful Senior Project Architect Will Have
- ARB registration, with RIBA membership preferred
- Significant post-Part III UK experience
- Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience using SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK construction and Building Regulations
- Experience preparing planning and technical documentation
- Strong communication and client management skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach with excellent organisational and leadership skills
