Senior Consultant – Strategic Programme Management
Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £60,000 - £72,000 + Bonus
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our expanding Strategic Programme Management practice. This is an advisory-focused position where you’ll shape transformation programmes, provide strategic guidance, and lead the successful delivery of complex business change initiatives.
In this role, you’ll combine consulting expertise with programme management experience, assisting clients in addressing their most pressing business challenges while contributing to business development and practice growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Advise senior clients on complex transformation and change initiatives
- Lead consulting engagements and deliver high-quality programme outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and executive teams
- Develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support business development
- Contribute to thought leadership and the evolution of the consulting practice

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, advisory, professional services, or within a Big 4 consultancy
- Proven programme and project management expertise, ideally in digital or large-scale transformation projects
- Experience advising senior stakeholders and leading consulting engagements
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to nurture client relationships and spot new opportunities
- A university degree; relevant certifications are advantageous
