Recent advancements have led to the development of next-generation Advanced High-Performance, Safety-Critical Mission Computer Systems, tailored for modern aircraft platforms. These systems integrate aircraft systems, sensors, and stores management while providing essential controls for crew operations.
Job Title: Senior Project Controller
About the Role
The Senior Project Controller plays a key role, interfacing with Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. The primary responsibilities include:

- Promoting good planning practice and ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
- Monitoring progress, reporting exceptions, and escalating concerns with proposed solutions
Key Responsibilities
Support assigned Project Manager(s) by:
- Maintaining realistic project plans aligned with business needs
- Tracking performance against scope, schedule, and budget
- Identifying and escalating risks or issues via formal channels
- Providing data-driven insights to improve decision-making
Requirements
To apply for this role, you must have:
- Extensive experience in a controlled project environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Project for scheduling and maintenance
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience with risk management tools and frameworks
- Ability to support medium to high-complexity project portfolios
- Flexible and service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrable knowledge of Project Controller competencies
- Underlying degree-level education (or equivalent experience)
The ideal candidate is:
- Proactive, encouraging process improvement
- Self-driven, requiring minimal supervision

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Performance Optimisation techniques

Terms
- Salary: £40,320 – £58,000, including benefits
- Working Arrangement:
- Hybrid (typically 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- Fully office-based, if preferred
- Relocation Assistance available for UK-based applicants
