VISUALHOUSE
VISUALHOUSE is an international creative agency building compelling brand stories for architecture, design, and the built environment. We work with leading architects, developers, and designers on landmark projects worldwide.
Every project is different, and we bring the same curiosity and craft to each one. Our multidisciplinary teams span 3D visualisation, still imagery, film and animation, branding, and interactive — disciplines that come together to shape a single, coherent creative vision for our clients. We have studios in London and New York.
Aureum & Partners
We work alongside our sister brand "Aureum & Partners", a global creative consultancy shaping some of the world's most desired destinations, experiences, and lifestyles, across luxury real estate, hospitality, and destination branding.
Your Role
We're looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our London studio and keep our creative work moving. You'll be the operational centre of the team: building schedules, writing briefs, protecting scope, and coordinating work between designers and clients. You'll be a confident day-to-day point of contact for clients. This is a hands-on role with ownership and a clear route to Project Manager.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
