We are looking to recruit a Senior Engineer to join our fantastic North West Technical team. As Senior Engineer, this role will oversee the Engineering function to ensure engineering tasks are prioritised and dealt with in an efficient and timely manner to ensure that engineering advice and information is delivered to site and the wider business, on time and within budget expectations.

Responsibilities
- To ensure that engineering information is delivered in a clear and concise form, on time and in a cost effective manner
- To liaise with internal clients and external bodies and organisations including Regulators, consultants and sub-contractors
- To manage key systems, including NHBC Bonds
- To make decisions on an Area and Regional level on all engineering matters

Requirements
- To be a qualified engineer (MICE) or equivalent
- To have worked as an engineer for a house-builder
- To have a track record of performance and success
- To specifically oversee advice covering the following areas; ground investigations/conditions including contamination, road and sewer infrastructure design, foundation design, external works design, utility service provision and other agency issues as appropriate
