Senior Project Manager

London | Construction Consultancy

We're working with an ambitious and fast-growing construction consultancy in London that's making a real impact across both the public and private sectors. With a diverse project portfolio and an expanding client base, they're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects from concept through to completion while helping shape the future of the business.

Whether you're delivering complex developments, building lasting client relationships, or mentoring the next generation of project managers, you'll have the platform to make a genuine difference.

What you'll be doing as the Senior Project Manager:

  • Leading the successful delivery of multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and acting as their key point of contact.
  • Developing project strategies and ensuring programmes are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Preparing cost plans, feasibility studies, and option appraisals.
  • Managing risk, change control, and value management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Overseeing procurement strategies and supply chain management.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • Chairing project meetings and providing leadership across project teams.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues, helping to develop talent within the business.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of both pre- and post-contract project delivery.
  • Working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
