Senior Project Manager
Digital transformation (DEX/Telephony)
Up to £84 p/h
Luton HQ (One-Two days a week onsite)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major Telephony Modernisation programme as part of a wider Digital Employee Experience (DEX) transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the delivery of a modern, user-centric telephony solution that enhances collaboration, productivity, safety and security across a large, complex organisation. Working across technical and business functions, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic transformation programme, engaging with senior stakeholders, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with technical operations, business analysts, and testing teams to ensure requirements, traceability, and testing activities are effectively managed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, and the wider business.
- Facilitate steering committees, governance forums, and project workshops.
- Gather feedback and measure user adoption and employee digital experience improvements.
- Drive the successful adoption of digital workplace technologies and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Champion user-focused design principles and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the wider Digital Employee Experience roadmap and strategic initiatives.

Key Skills
- Experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes in complex environments.
- Multiple years' project or programme management experience delivering complex transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering Digital Workplace, Employee Experience, or similar technology programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Knowledge of collaboration technologies such as Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow.
- Experience delivering cloud-based Voice over IP (VoIP) or enterprise telephony solutions.
- Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
- Experience working within large, global, or matrix organisations.
- Exposure to SAP or other project portfolio management tools.
