Senior Project Manager
Senior Project Manager - Construction Consultancy
Location: London
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
We're working with a well-established, employee-focused property and construction consultancy that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering some of the UK's most complex and high-profile developments. It's a consultancy that has enjoyed steady growth without losing the collaborative, people-first culture that has made it such a successful place to build a career.
With a strong presence across London and the wider South East, the business works with many of the country's leading developers, investors, occupiers, and institutional clients. Their project portfolio is diverse, covering commercial offices, life sciences, mixed-use developments, research facilities, and large-scale regeneration schemes, with projects ranging from complex refurbishments through to landmark new-build developments.
Rather than operating in rigid teams, the consultancy encourages collaboration across disciplines, giving Project Managers the opportunity to work closely with colleagues in building consultancy, planning, cost consultancy, and other specialist services. It's an environment where people are trusted, supported, and given the autonomy to deliver work to a high standard while continuing to develop professionally.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering commercial development projects from initial feasibility through to completion. You'll take ownership of projects, manage client relationships, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure successful delivery across programme, budget, and quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
