Senior Capital Project Manager, Hotels

A leading lifestyle accommodation brand is seeking an experienced Senior Capital Project Manager to join its Development team at its Central London HQ. This is a newly created role within a fast-growing, design-led hospitality business delivering refurbishment and capital projects across the UK and Europe.
The Role
You will:
- Take ownership of capital projects and refurbishments across a live hotel portfolio, delivering schemes from concept through to completion.
- Work closely with hotel operations, development teams, and external consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of hotel refurbishment and capital projects (UK & Europe)
- Management of consultants, contractors, and project teams
- Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting
- FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) procurement and contract management
- Programme, risk, and stakeholder management
- Operational handover, compliance, and defect resolution
- Supporting feasibility and early-stage development input
About You
- 5–10 years’ project delivery experience (hospitality/hotels preferred)
- Strong background in construction, cost management, refurbishment, or capital projects
- Experience managing multiple projects and budgets
- Confident stakeholder and contractor management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and delivery focus
- Desirable (but not essential): MRICS or similar qualification
