Join the Close Brothers Enterprise Change team where you will plan, execute, and deliver all projects on time, in budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle of each project, you will track the project status and manage project teams to mitigate issues and risks. Working as part of the Change team to successfully deliver Strategic Change Business, Customer and Colleague outcomes, our ideal team member will have previous experience in managing a project budgets with excellent relationship building skills
About the Role
The Senior Project Manager is a practitioner of the Project Management and Business Change Practice and contributes to the continuous improvement of the Skills and Capabilities of the function.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:
- Role Model a genuine drive for improvement and encourages others to drive excellence
- Deliver strategic change projects on a medium to large scale
- Manage a Project’s budget, monitoring the expenditures and costs against delivered and realised benefits
- Build good long-lasting relationships with both internal and external customers, have the ability to handle challenge & conflict
- Identify, manage and monitor key risks making sure appropriate checks and balances are used
- Collaborate openly with others, bringing an open and straightforward approach. Able to articulate clearly and present to others
- Communicate both written and verbal with accuracy and attention to detail. Can navigate the organisation effectively communicating to both technical and non-technical communities
- Build and develop and manages high performing delivery teams, valuing and inspiring colleagues. Plan and organise a team to ensure delivery is achieved
- Proficient in project management methodologies and lifecycles and ability to tailor delivery styles aligning to the appropriate methodology for the project
- Proficient in hybrid working collaborating and driving delivery across both face to face and virtual relationships
- Proficient in the use of core Microsoft Applications
- Have Project Management (PRINCE 2 or Other) Qualifications

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
- Active experience leading a number of business and/or technical project deliveries in financial services or other similar regulated environment
- Experience of both traditional and agile methods
