πŸ’₯ Β£38,000–£45,000 πŸ’₯ Leeds City Centre – Hybrid

ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a growing experiential agency who are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager. Working closely with a global client, you'll lead the planning and delivery of exciting internal events, managing projects from concept through to on site execution while building strong, long-term client relationships.

About the role...

This is a Senior Project Manager opportunity with a difference. You'll spend three days a week embedded with the client, working as part of their in-house team, and two days with the agency, giving you the best of both worlds.

You'll lead the delivery of exciting internal events from concept through to completion, managing everything from creative event ideas and venue sourcing to budgets, suppliers and on-site delivery. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone with agency experience who's keen to gain valuable in-house exposure without leaving agency life behind, or for someone looking for a fresh challenge where they can build genuine, long-term client relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
