We're partnering with a leading insurance organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale business transformation initiatives across a global change portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity to drive strategic change, work closely with senior stakeholders, and deliver high-profile programmes that have a significant impact across the business.

- Extensive project management experience within the insurance sector.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes from initiation through to implementation.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across functions such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Operations, Technology, HR, Legal, and Data.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations and the London Market.
- Experience working within complex matrix organisations.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Involvement in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation programmes.
- PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum, Change Management, or relevant insurance qualifications.
