Senior Project Manager | Creative Agency

I'm working with an award-winning creative agency that's looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its growing delivery team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on bringing ambitious creative ideas to life, leading complex projects from concept through to delivery across content, digital, live and experiential campaigns.
You'll work at the heart of the agency, partnering with Creative, Client Services and Production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of integrated creative projects
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets and resources
- Overseeing multiple workstreams across content, digital, live and experiential campaigns
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted delivery partner
- Managing project financials, forecasting and protecting project margins
- Identifying risks, solving delivery challenges and driving operational excellence
- Supporting pitches, project scoping and new business opportunities
- Mentoring junior team members and helping shape best-practice delivery processes

We're looking for someone with:
- Significant experience delivering complex projects within a creative, production or integrated agency
- Strong project management skills across budgeting, scheduling, resourcing and risk management
- Experience working across multidisciplinary creative campaigns
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Commercial awareness and experience managing project profitability
- The ability to confidently lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset
