You’d love to shape People software implementation projects at Access—working directly with customers to ensure they feel confident, supported, and successful every step of the way.
Core Responsibilities
Here’s what you’d do day-to-day in your role as a Professional Services or Project Delivery Specialist:

Project Ownership
- Create clear project plans, track progression, and manage budgets.
- Deliver projects as contracted, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

Customer Engagement
- Lead regular project meetings, covering progress updates, financials, risks, and next steps.
- Facilitate meetings to agree on actions and maintain alignment.

Team Coordination
- Bridge Professional Services, Development, New Business, and Account Management—ensuring everyone is in sync.

Reliable Support
- Manage customer concerns and changes with professionalism.
- Document all decisions and approvals to avoid disconnects.

Notable Experience
- In-depth HR & payroll software or people system change programme delivery.
- Background in software delivery or customer-facing consultancy roles for vendors.

- Comfort with onshoring early-sales conversations and identifying opportunities to enhance or broaden solutions.
