The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale HR Transformation or ERP Transformation initiatives for multinational corporations.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a track record of managing complex, multi-country transformation projects for global enterprises.
- Possesses cross-functional expertise in HRIS, ERP, Talent Management, Learning, and Workforce Technologies.
- Demonstrable ability to orchestrate onshore/offshore/global delivery teams, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and stakeholder expectations.
This role demands proven leadership in project governance, execution, and value delivery, coupled with a deep understanding of enterprise transformation methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end HR or ERP transformation programmes across multiple geographies.
- Create and manage project plans, staffing models, risk registers, schedules, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure delivery against milestones, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
- Serve as primary liaison for executive sponsors and senior business stakeholders.
Project Board & Governance
- Oversee entire Project Board cycle, including:
- Agenda setting, presentation preparation
- Facilitation, minute-taking
- Action tracking and resolution
- Deliver structured Project Board reports, executive updates, and programme status packs with:
- Clear progress tracking
- Risk escalations and mitigation strategies
- Strategic outlook and decision-ready insights

Team & Workforce Management
- Manage global delivery teams (onshore, offshore, nearshore) across time zones.
- Allocate workstreams, define roles, and align functional, technical, and QA teams.
- Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and drive cohesive delivery.
- Lead key functional domains in HR or ERP, including:
- Core HR, Payroll, Compensation
- Learning, Talent, Recruiting
- Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and related specialities
Process & Technical Coordination
- Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
- Oversee functional design, configuration, integrations, testing cycles, and cutover planning.
- Conduct go-live readiness assessments and hypercare production stabilisation.
- Facilitate handoff to support/operations teams, post-go-live.
Risk & Change Management
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, driving mitigation strategies.
- Handle scope changes, impact assessments, and change approvals.
- Ensure documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Capture and implement lessons learned, driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Preferred certifications:
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum (one or more).
- Experience with organisation analysis frameworks (e.g., consulting frameworks).
Minimum Experience
- 12+ years in project management, with 6+ years at a senior level managing enterprise HR/ERP transformation programmes.
- Direct experience delivering projects in:
- HRIS solutions: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, UKG.
- ERP systems: Oracle, SAP, Odoo, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in multi-country payroll, global HR models, and complex ERP integrations.
- Consulting, professional services, or enterprise tech delivery background.
