Key Responsibilities

  • Lead safe, on-time, on-budget delivery across the full project lifecycle
  • Set the delivery standard across the project and wider contract
  • Plan, review, and drive contract programmes through to completion
  • Manage client relationships and keep internal and external stakeholders informed
  • Ensure risk assessments are in place, current, and regularly reviewed
  • Establish operating plans that secure the right resources and materials
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate business-critical matters to senior leadership
  • Drive all commercial activity including gross margin, cost control, and key financial metrics
  • Hold subcontractors to account on performance across the project

Requirements

  • Proven track record delivering HV multi-utility projects up to 11kV
  • Solid experience in a Project Management role
  • Experience delivering complex multi-discipline enhancement projects within programme and cost controls
  • First-class stakeholder management skills, working closely with clients and subcontractors
  • Degree, HNC, or HND
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
