Senior Project Manager

London | Construction Consultancy
£60,000 – £75,000

I’m working with a well-regarded, growing construction consultancy looking to appoint an Senior Project Manager to play a leading role across a strong pipeline of commercial schemes throughout London. Their portfolio spans high-quality office developments, refurbishments, landlord-led repositioning projects and complex commercial assets across the capital.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, visible role within a collaborative team where you’ll lead significant commercial real estate projects from feasibility through to practical completion. You’ll be working directly with developers, asset managers, investors and occupiers — acting as a trusted advisor and driving schemes that are commercially focused, programme-led and delivery driven.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading projects and developments across their life sciences, education and commercial sectors across all RIBA stages
  • Acting as the primary client interface on key London real estate assets
  • Managing programme, cost, procurement and risk strategies
  • Coordinating consultant and contractor teams across complex live environments
  • Supporting and mentoring Project Managers and junior team members
  • Contributing to business development and strengthening client relationships

About You

  • MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM chartered or working towards
  • Strong track record delivering commercial real estate projects within a consultancy environment
  • Experience across office development, refurbishment, repositioning or commercial schemes
  • Confident managing sophisticated London-based clients and stakeholders
  • Commercially astute, proactive and solutions-led in approach
  • Comfortable leading projects while helping develop people around you
