The Role: Senior Project Manager
Sector – Construction - Client-Side Development & Delivery
Location: London
Salary: up to £80,000
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic client-side environment, delivering a varied portfolio of projects across a high-profile mixed-use estate.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, spanning retail, hospitality and office fit-outs alongside longer-term development initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering projects, with the autonomy to influence outcomes and drive progress in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The Role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, programme, budget and quality standards
- Manage a diverse portfolio including fit-outs, refurbishments and development schemes
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers and consultants
- Support design development, planning applications and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee project governance including reporting, risk management and programme tracking
- Manage external consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure successful delivery
- Build strong internal and external relationships to support collaboration and project success
- Contribute to a flexible, team-oriented environment where priorities can evolve

About You
- Proven experience delivering projects across commercial property, retail, office fit-out or development environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets, programmes, risks and commercial decisions
- Confident coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Able to lead projects through the full lifecycle from concept to handover
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
- Collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Experience & Qualifications
- Background in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role
- Familiarity with recognised project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, APM or similar)
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting and commercial management
- Experience within client-side, consultancy or construction environments is advantageous
- Exposure to planning processes, design coordination or refurbishment projects is beneficial
