Senior Project Manager

ERP Project Manager – Global Implementation (International Trade, Customs & Logistics)

About the Role

Lithium3 are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic global ERP implementation, with a focus on international trade, customs compliance, logistics, and cross-border business processes.

  • Location: 3 days per week onsite in Yeovil.
  • Rate: £550–£600 per day.

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end management of this project, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, quality, and timeline. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors, you’ll drive the deployment of a business-critical solution supporting global trade operations and regulatory compliance.

This is a high-profile role requiring ERP delivery expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of managing complex, multi-country transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the global ERP implementation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage project governance, including governance, reporting, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate internal business teams, technical resources, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards are achieved.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
