Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of sophisticated CRM and loyalty initiatives for global brands, optimizing customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Oversee the execution of personalized communication campaigns, from concept creation to deployment, ensuring precision and impact.
- Act as the trusted operational partner for global clients, managing complex relationships, ensuring timelines, budgets, and standards align.
- Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, and budgets, guaranteeing all deliverables are executed efficiently.
- Create high-quality project status reports and presentations for client meetings, fostering transparency.

Who You’ll Collaborate With

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Professional Experience
- 5+ years in Project Management within CRM, digital marketing, or a related agency environment.
- Proven clientside or agency experience managing multi-national clients, with a preference for luxury and/or automotive sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management across global, complex departments.
Technical & Strategic Acumen
- Deep understanding of data-driven workflows, technical projects, and enterprise marketing automation (including technical and operational implementations).
- Hands-on CRM, web, and/or marketing automation project management (e.g., Adobe Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Expertise in deadline/budget management, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
