Senior Project Manager
Up to £110,000 + Benefits | 2-Year Fixed Term Contract
South Bank, London (Hybrid, 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
We are partnering with a large, multi-site transport organisation operating across the UK and internationally. With thousands of employees and a significant frontline workforce, the business is undergoing a major transformation programme to standardise processes, systems and governance across its operating companies.
This is a high-profile leadership role, acting as the figurehead across several strategic programmes. The initial priority will be leading a multi million pound workforce scheduling programme that will be deployed across multiple operating businesses over the next two years.

The environment is fast-moving and evolving, combining the scale of an established operational organisation with the energy of a business building new capabilities and ways of working. The role requires someone who can drive delivery, navigate complex stakeholder environments and support significant organisational change.
We are looking for:
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, with experience operating in environments where governance, processes and standards are still being established
- Experience delivering multi-site or multi-business rollouts across complex organisations
- An excellent understanding of frontline workforces and the operational challenges that come with them
- A proven delivery mindset, with a hands-on approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves to drive outcomes
- Experience within hospitality, travel and transport, logistics or retail environments

It would be a bonus if you have:
- Exposure to workforce scheduling solutions such as HASTUS or similar platforms
- Experience delivering programmes using a waterfall delivery methodology
- Experience working with system integrators and managing phased deployment approaches
