Job Title

Senior Project Manager

Job Description Summary

Provides professional project management experience to designated projects and assignments at a client site, campus, and facilities.

Job Description

Senior Project Manager – Project Management (PDS)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Business: Cushman & Wakefield – Project & Development Services (PDS)
Team: UK Project Management – London & South East

The Opportunity

Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Management team is growing in London. We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to deliver office, mixed-use and complex refurbishment projects for a range of investor and occupier clients.

This is a role for an end-to-end “all-rounder” – someone who enjoys being close to the detail, can lead projects from brief to handover, and is comfortable with procurement, contract administration (JCT) and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Take ownership of multiple commissions, typically running concurrently, with responsibility for:
    • Leading projects through the full lifecycle: brief, feasibility, design, procurement, construction and close-out
    • Acting as the day-to-day client lead, building trusted relationships and providing clear commercial and programme advice
    • Managing consultant and contractor teams: appointments, scopes, deliverables, governance and reporting
    • Developing and controlling programmes, budgets, risk registers and project controls
    • Running procurement routes and tender processes (incl. RFPs / ITTs, bid evaluation, recommendations)
    • Delivering contract administration (predominantly JCT), including change control, valuations, instructions and progress certification (as applicable to the commission)
    • Managing stakeholder groups across client, landlord, occupier, design teams and supply chain
    • Supporting fee proposals, business development and cross-selling across the PDS platform
    • Driving quality, H&S and compliance aligned to C&W governance and client standards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
