Senior Project Manager

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Borehamwood)
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Due to the global nature of the business, flexibility is essential. You will be expected to attend occasional afternoon and evening meetings with UK and US stakeholders and clients when required.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing Innovation function, reporting directly to the Head of Innovation. This is a key position within the business, acting as their trusted delivery partner and playing a pivotal role in ensuring strategic initiatives are successfully delivered across multiple brands.

The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of high-profile, revenue-generating projects, working across the UK and US with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and transformation. This role requires someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

You will be responsible for introducing structure, governance and accountability across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring delivery remains aligned with wider business objectives.

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in an evolving environment and enjoys bringing clarity and structure to complex projects.

You will be naturally organised, proactive and confident communicating with stakeholders at every level of an organisation. You’ll have experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously and understand how to balance competing priorities while maintaining exceptional delivery standards.

This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys working within businesses experiencing rapid growth or transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines and milestones.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify project risks, issues and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans where necessary.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively resolve blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Manage competing priorities and adapt delivery plans in response to changing business requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
