Location: UK - Hybrid

As a Senior Project Manager at DHL Supply Chain, you'll be at the heart of transforming one of the world's leading logistics organisations. From implementing cutting-edge technology and automation solutions to launching major customer operations, no two projects are ever the same. A Typical Day May Involve

  • Leading large-scale logistics and operational projects from concept through to successful delivery.
  • Collaborating with customers, site teams, and senior stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned to business goals.
  • Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitating project meetings, providing progress updates, and driving solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Supporting the implementation of new processes, systems, automation, and operational improvements across the business.
  • Coaching and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver results while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

This Role Would Suit People Who

  • Have previous Senior Project Management experience managing complex projects from initiation through to completion, within supply chain environments.
  • Hold a recognised Project Management qualification such as APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Are natural problem-solvers who can identify risks early and implement effective solutions.
  • Have strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders and customers.
  • Enjoy driving change, delivering continuous improvement, and making a measurable impact on business performance.
