About Us
We are a leading London-based commercial fit-out contractor looking for a Senior Project Manager delivering high-quality Cat B workplace projects across the capital. With a reputation for excellence, collaboration, and repeat business, we specialise in creating exceptional office environments for blue-chip clients, developers, and occupiers. Our projects range from £2m to £15m in value, and as our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex commercial fit-out schemes.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple high-value Cat B fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. Working closely with clients, consultants, commercial teams, and site management, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a leadership role requiring excellent commercial awareness, strong client management skills, and a proven ability to deliver fast-paced workplace projects in live commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of commercial Cat B fit-out projects valued up to £15 million.
- Manage projects from pre-construction, procurement, delivery, commissioning, and handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Lead project teams including Site Managers, Project Managers, Design Managers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and monitor project programmes, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Work closely with the commercial team to manage costs, variations, procurement, and reporting.
- Chair client meetings, progress reviews, and internal project meetings.
- Drive programme certainty while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the project delivery team.
- Promote a positive health, safety, and quality culture across all projects.

About You
You will be an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in commercial interior fit-out and a track record of successfully delivering high-value Cat B office projects. You will have:
- Extensive experience delivering commercial fit-out projects valued between £5m and £15m.
- Proven experience working for a main contractor within the commercial interiors sector.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- A thorough understanding of construction contracts, project planning, and commercial management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent).
