Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
Join TeamViewer as a Senior Project Manager in our Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting R&D and Product Management departments to deliver our product portfolio successfully.
- Steer and influence cross-functional teams (Software Development, Marketing, Sales, Support, etc.) to launch complex products or features, ensuring alignment with global company objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for top management and key stakeholders, offering clear communication, strategic insights, and progression reporting at executive levels
- Strategically manage and realign stakeholder expectations across product and business teams, securing buy-in and accountability—including from C-level executives
- Foster and maintain trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders, balancing competing priorities to ensure on-time delivery of milestones
- Own ** tracking of KPIs**, risk management, and progress reporting, keeping teams aligned via consistent communication and efficient meetings
- Translate complex cross-functional requirements while driving agile software development processes, ensuring alignment between sprints and organizational milestones
- Provide hands-on ownership for project execution, ensuring high-priority deliverables meet deadlines and risks are mitigated
- Drive organizational change through continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and collaboration for scalable growth

Requirements
- Proven track record leading complex software projects, with a focus on executive communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, energetic work environment filled with motivated colleagues
- Proactive learner, driven by experience and information-gathering to push project success
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience); an advanced degree or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus
- Fluency in English (for business use); German proficiency is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels—including pitching to and guiding C-level executives
- Ability to synthesize complex information and take a strategic, long-term approach while balancing short-term goals
- Experience in autonomously managing remote teams, coordinating globally with different time zones
- Deep understanding of organizational dynamics with experience influencing senior and cross-departmental decision-making
- Passion for emerging technologies; ability to bridge the gap between technical expertise and business value
