They're mid-way through a multi-year transformation, integrating business units, expanding into markets, and building the infrastructure to support significant premium growth. The Change function is scaling fast and this hire sits right at the heart of it.
The Role
They need a Senior Project Manager who is genuinely hands-on. Someone who runs projects, not just reports on them. You'll be working directly with business stakeholders, underwriting, operations, claims, finance, to land complex change across a global Lloyd's and London Market environment.

This is not an IT delivery role. You'll be managing business-facing change: process redesign, operating model shifts, stakeholder alignment, and making sure transformation actually lands in the way the business needs it to.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning end-to-end delivery of business change projects across a globally
- Working directly with senior business stakeholders to define scope, manage risk and drive decisions
- Keeping complex, multi-workstream projects on track without hiding behind process
- Identifying issues before they become problems and solving them without escalating everything upwards
- Contributing to a growing, high-calibre Change function at a critical point in the firm's growth journey

What They're Looking For
- Proven Senior PM experience within Lloyd's of London or the wider London Market, this is non-negotiable
- Business change background, underwriting operations, claims, finance transformation, or similar
- Hands-on delivery style; someone who gets stuck in rather than managing from a distance
- Strong stakeholder management at senior level
- The gravitas to push back when needed and the EQ to bring people with you
