SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - INSURANCE
HYBRID (LONDON)
UP TO £95,000 + BONUS
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a global insurance business for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing change function.
This is an opportunity to work within a well-established specialty insurance environment, delivering high-impact projects across a global change portfolio. The role offers strong exposure across the business, working closely with senior stakeholders and multiple functions including underwriting, claims, finance, and operations.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of business and transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This includes:

- Maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders
The role requires someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, able to manage complexity, and drive progress across multiple workstreams. You will act as the central point of coordination, managing risks, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment across the business. There will also be regular interaction with external partners and third parties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery within the insurance sector, with a good understanding of the Lloyd's market and specialty insurance products. Experience leading large-scale business change or transformation projects is essential, along with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

A solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches is expected. Previous experience working across multiple regions or product lines would be beneficial.
This role offers a salary of up to £95,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. The business operates a hybrid working model with 2 to 3 days per week in the office.
