Copello are looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of complex engineering and technology projects within a fast-paced, innovation-led environment, based in Hampshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their project management career who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and working with multidisciplinary teams on meaningful, high-impact programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the planning and delivery of technical projects and change programmes
- Coordinating schedules, resources, risks, and project documentation
- Tracking progress against cost, quality, and delivery milestones
- Assisting with stakeholder communication across customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Supporting project reporting, governance, and continuous improvement activities

What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in project coordination, delivery, or PM support
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way
- Interest in engineering, technology, defence, or secure environments
- Working towards or interested in PM qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, or PMI
- Experience in product development, consultancy, or technical delivery is beneficial
