About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our London team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience delivering residential developments across both pre- and post-contract stages, with the ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and support successful project outcomes from inception through to completion.
Role Details
This full-time, hybrid role involves working with clients and project teams to deliver residential developments across the UK (£20m - £150m), reporting directly to an Associate Director or Director while leading high-profile schemes.
We value individuals who are forward-thinking and open to the evolving role of digital technology and data in the construction industry, and who are keen to embed structured, data-led approaches to enhance project delivery and reporting across their schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project management activities across assigned projects
- Manage projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives
- Oversee programme management, project risk, and stakeholder coordination across multiple schemes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including senior-level engagement
- Chair project meetings and drive effective decision-making processes
- Mentor and support junior team members across project delivery activities
- Support project governance, reporting, and quality assurance processes
- Contribute to the continued development of digital and data-led project management approaches

Requirements
- MRICS or another relevant professional qualification preferred
- Strong technical capability across project management and project delivery processes
- Commercial awareness and understanding of development drivers and client objectives
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering to deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and governance
- Adaptable and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Interest in digital and data-driven approaches within construction and project management
- Passion for the Real Estate and Construction Industry and developing a long-term consultancy career
