Senior Project Manager.

Major Residential-Led, Mixed-Use Developments.

Manchester
Up to £90,000 + Bonus + Package

We are delighted to be instructed to identify a Senior Project Manager on behalf of a well-known, residential-led, mixed-use developer. They develop major (3+ phases), large-scale sites, which are typically challenging and go high.

You will be responsible for:

  • Initial scoping works to identify risks and develop programme of works
  • Work with development team to construct bid and throughout the deliver phase
  • Tendering works to specialist contractors to undertake major works, ensuring that legal aspects are watertight and mitigate risk
  • Develop strategy for future sites identifying risk, constraints and opportunity
  • Manage the developer/contractor interface, maintaining programme and quality adherence (utilising EA)
  • Working closely with funders, JV partners, end users and senior management team, ensuring full project transparency
