⚡ Senior Project Manager – Solar PV & EV Charging
📍 South Wales
💰 Up to £65,000 + Company Van + Annual Bonus
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing renewable energy business delivering commercial Solar PV and EV charging infrastructure projects across South Wales and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The Role
- Manage multiple commercial Solar PV and EV charging projects.
- Lead project delivery from planning through to handover.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor budgets, programmes and project performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering commercial renewable energy or electrical projects.
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV, EV charging or wider M&E projects.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full UK driving licence.
